Tasting Notes
Medium-brick amber. Beautiful roasted walnut, crème brûlée, toffee and panforte aromas. Supple and refined with intense panforte, raisin, candied fig, ginger spice and marmalade flavours. Fine-laced texture, density, and richness with acidity adding freshness. Finishes chalky-dry and sweet with notes of nut liqueur. Intensely concentrated tawny with wonderful length. An ethereal complexity.
